Monoblock Bottle Filling-Press on Capping mcs-Mechnical

The incoming dry bottles (sterilized and siliconised) are fed through the in-feed turn table and suitably guided on the moving SS/Plastic slat conveyor belt at the required speed of the correct placement below filling unit. Four bottles in a raw are held by pneumatic stoppers at a time below the filling nozzles. During the stationary position, the set fill volume is delivered into bottles. After filling, the filled bottle moving in star wheel pick up cap from the cap chute and move under the Cap Pressing Head for perfect cap pressing on filled and capped bottled. Then after the bottles moves on conveyor via outfeed starwheel for next operation
